Fix your ward, together.
When something in your area needs care, like a dirty pond, a littered lane or a bare footpath, neighbours can come together and fix it, alongside your ward office.

From a complaint to a cleaner ward
- 1Spot
Someone reports a civic issue, like a dirty pond, with a photo.
- 2Rally
Neighbours in the same ward see it and tap "I'll help".
- 3Plan
A verified organiser sets a date and a public meeting point. The ward office is told, and can approve or support.
- 4Do
Volunteers check in, get a short safety briefing and do the work together.
- 5Show
Before and after photos close the report, so the whole ward can see the change.
What volunteers do
- Clean up lanes, parks, beaches and pond or lake shorelines
- Plant and look after trees
- Run awareness drives, like monsoon preparedness or waste segregation
- Paint and tidy bus stops, walls and footpaths, with permission
- Help neighbours use NAGARIK and other digital services
What volunteers never do
- Go to fires, crimes, accidents or anyone in danger — call 112
- Enter water, drains or manholes — the work is always non-hazardous
- Confront, follow or photograph people
- Organise political, religious or commercial events through NAGARIK
- Work for pay or rewards — recognition is a certificate, a service record and a badge
- Meet anywhere other than public meeting points
- Work on public property without the ward office being informed
- Take part under 18 without a parent or guardian's consent and an adult present
